All about Insects and Arachnids
Panda’s class has been so enthusiastic at learning about these interesting live beings. They had the opportunity to learn and to investigate all about insects and arachnids. Was impressive for them to visit the laboratory and to be able to see and touch the cocoon of a butterfly. They could read some stories, watch videos, and sing songs.
Here you can watch The Monarch Butterfly life Cycle,is wonderful how it change every day.

CHILDREN´S DAY.
VEGGIE PATCH.
Basil (Ocimum basilicum) (IPA: /ˈbeɪzəl/ or /ˈbæzəl/), of the Family Lamiaceae. Basil is a tender low-growing herb that is grown as a perennial in warm, tropical climates. Basil is originally native to Iran, India and other tropical regions of Asia, having been cultivated there for more than 5,000 years. There are many varieties of basil, that which is used in Italian food is typically called sweet basil, as opposed to Thai basil or holy basil, which are used in Asia. It is prominently featured in Italian cuisine, and also plays a major role in the Southeast Asian cuisines of Thai, Vietnamese and Laotian. It grows to between 30–130 cm tall, with opposite, light green, silky leaves 3–11 cm long and 1–6 cm broad. The flowers are quite big, white in color and arranged in a terminal spike. Unusual among Lamiaceae, the four stamens and the pistil are not pushed under the upper lip of the corolla, but lay over the inferior.
My children were so excited about planting and learning more about it. Now they have the responsibility of taking care of them and visiting the garden every week to see how it´s growing.
Next month we´re going to sale Parsley in our Harvest Day.

Sports Day.
That was what we lived on Saturday June 14th, in the Sports day. It was a great moment to share with parents, to get together, to compete but above all……… To have fun! This year, I should say in comparison to other years we had a bigger participation from the Upper students. They showed themselves very enthusiastic in games such as basket, volley and football. Lower and Infants also showed that great Saint Georgian spirit by playing each game with all their strength. We cheered each other on and played fairly. It was amazing to see that all the students from yellow house were together to give their best. We should also mention that the other houses had the best spirit; however, yellow house was so motivated this time.
It should also be highlighted the flawless job of the House Captains, judges, and Physical Education Department who were restlessly working to make this event successful, as it has been! Thanks parents for your support and enthusiasm!

Feelings.
Song: If you`re Happy.
If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands.
If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands.
If you're happy and you know it,
And you really want to show it,
If you're happy and you know it, clap your hands.
If you're mad and you know it, stomp your feet.
If you're mad and you know it, stomp your feet.
If you're mad and you know it,
And you really want to show it,
If you're mad and you know it, stomp your feet.
If you're sad and you know it, cried bubu.
If you're sad and you know it, cried bubu.
If you're sad and you know it,
And you really want to show it,
If you're sad and you know it, cried bubu.
